Delta, Ticket Counter Worker End Disability Discrimination Suit

Delta Air Lines Inc. and a former customer service agent resolved a lawsuit alleging the company failed to accommodate the worker’s chronic pain by refusing to provide him a stool.

The parties sought to dismiss the case with prejudice Monday—nearly two months after they notified the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee of their settlement in July.
