Delta Flight Attendant Race Bias Row Should Be Nixed, Judge Says

A Black former Delta flight attendant’s hostile work environment and retaliation suit should be dismissed, a federal magistrate judge recommended.

Lola Barron filed her lawsuit against the airline, hotel chains Marriott and Hilton, and business solution provider Sedgwick in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Barron said that Delta created a hostile work environment after she spoke up about an alleged instance of race and age bias when a White pilot removed her as an attendant from a flight.
