Delta Faucet Sues Chinese Manufacturer for Patent Infringement

Delta Faucet Co. filed suit against Wenzhou Xin Xin Sanitary Ware Co., alleging that glass rinsers the company sells on Amazon.com infringe a newly-minted patent.

Wenzhou is allegedly infringing Delta’s patent for a “vessel rinsing apparatus,” issued Aug. 15, 2023, by selling copycat products online, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
