Delta Defeats Employee’s Appeal Over Violence Threat Discipline

A Delta Air Lines Inc. flight attendant failed to revive her lawsuit alleging race bias in discipline she received after it was determined she threatened a coworker during an altercation while deplaning.

Jacqueline Meadows didn’t show the airline’s reliance on its workplace violence policy was a cover for discriminating against her because she’s Black, the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said Thursday.
