Deloitte Consulting LLP secured a pre-trial win ending the age bias portion of a former employee’s lawsuit, but a factual dispute over whether the company engaged in disability discrimination prevents resolving the case entirely.
The worker, who was 67 at the time, took part in an internship program for those who had been out of the workforce for several years.
