Deloitte, Ex-Senior Manager Resolve Parental Leave Bias Lawsuit

Deloitte Touche LLP and a former security senior manager agreed to end her lawsuit challenging an alleged policy under which women who take more than 12 weeks of parental leave are forbidden to return to their positions or find other jobs within Deloitte, New York federal court records show.

Plaintiff Saxon Knight and the accounting firm filed a stipulation of dismissal in the the US District Court for the Southern District of New York June 10. The case “is voluntarily and finally dismissed with prejudice,” the filing said.
