The Delaware Supreme Court has upheld almost $300,000 in damages awarded to a former Vivint Solar Inc. in-house lawyer.
Wednesday’s one-page order affirms a Chancery Court ruling from May 2024 that found the company had breached agreements concerning Jim Lundberg’s vested stock options and restricted stock units.
- Lundberg had appealed to the high court to consider whether the Chancery Court incorrectly calculated the damages and the statute of limitations on some of the restricted stock units
