Delaware Governor Names Chancery’s Zurn for Top State Court (2)

Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer nominated Friday a judge from the state’s elite business court to fill an upcoming vacancy at the state’s highest court.

Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn, if confirmed by the state senate, would fill a spot being left open at the Delaware Supreme Court by Justice Karen L. Valihura, who’s not seeking reappointment.
