Deaf Former Amazon Warehouse Worker Withdraws His Bias Lawsuit

A deaf former Amazon.com Services LLC employee will no longer pursue his lawsuit claiming disability and age discrimination, retaliation, and more, federal court records showed.

Donald Franklin Colburn and Amazon filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California. It wasn’t immediately clear what led to the dismissal of the lawsuit filed in October 2024 or if any settlement was reached. Neither party immediately responded to a request for comment.
