A White female Drug Enforcement Agency supervisor lacked triable retaliation and retaliatory harassment claims, in part because her “attempt to spotlight her supervisor’s misconduct illuminated only her own,” the Fourth Circuit ruled Thursday.
The job actions Lisa Barnhill challenged as retaliatory included being temporarily reassigned from the DEA’s Little Rock, Ark., district office to its New Orleans Field Division office, the court said.
