A suit alleging Dave’s Killer Bread Inc. unlawfully included protein claims on its bread products without including the requisite percent daily value on the products’ nutrition facts panel will proceed as a class action.
The US District Court for the Northern District of California on Sept. 20 certified a class of California consumers who bought a variety of bread, bagel, and hamburger bun products between December 2017 and September 2023.
