An unjust enrichment claim against nationally syndicated radio host Dave Ramsey was dismissed with prejudice after a federal judge concluded the plaintiffs failed to allege they directly gave Ramsey a benefit — and would not be able sufficiently to plead that necessary element.
Other Washington state law claims were not time-barred Judge James L. Robart, of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, ruled because the plaintiffs couldn’t have known they had been injured until the terms of their contracts had expired and the timeshare exit company Ramsey advertised failed to fulfill its promises.
