CVS Health Corp. has reached an individualized settlement with a job applicant who alleged the pharmacy chain broke Massachusetts law by subjecting him to a lie detector test through AI-aided video-interview technology.
Massachusetts prohibits employers from subjecting workers or applicants to a lie detector test as a condition of employment, Judge Patti B.
