Customer Service Workers Sue New York Life Insurance Over Wages

Remote customer service representatives working for New York Life Insurance Co. allege the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay them for pre-shift work booting up and logging into computer systems and for working during unpaid lunch breaks.
