Crowley’s Challenge to Rules for $2.3 Billion Contract Dismissed

Crowley Government Services Inc.'s challenges to alleged improprieties in a $2.3 billion contract solicitation issued by the Department of Defense were dismissed by the US Court of Federal Claims.

Crowley had a contract with the US Transportation Command that was audited by the General Services Administration, which noted several overcharges. Crowley disputed the overcharges with the contracting officer, who determined that they shouldn’t have been issued.
