Credit Sesame Customers Drop Class Action Over April Data Breach

Two Credit Sesame Inc. customers dropped their proposed class action alleging that the online financial-information company negligently failed to protect the personal information of thousands of consumers exposed in an April data breach.

Plaintiffs Daniel Fontana and Melissa Sackett filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
