Cowen & Co. and a former broker-dealer who said the firm fired and otherwise retaliated against him after he reported that it was allowing a reputed money launderer to potentially participate in a cannabis investment deal resolved his Sarbanes-Oxley Act suit, New York federal court records show.
Kevin Rollag and the company filed a stipulation of dismissal with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday.
The parties “hereby stipulate and agree to the dismissal of this action in its entirety with prejudice,” it said.
