A nurse who was fired by Lehigh Valley Health Network after being exempted from its mandatory Covid-19 vaccine rule but denied a religious accommodation to take saliva tests instead of biweekly nasal swabs had her lawsuit dismissed.
Nicole Blackwell didn’t describe how her objection to nasal swab testing was religious in nature, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
