Massachusetts Court Administrator Thomas Ambrosino has been sued over a policy that allegedly delays public access to state court filings.
News service Courthouse News claims the administrator is violating its First Amendment right to access public records by withholding newly filed civil complaints until after administrative processing, a complaint filed Wednesday in the United States District Court District of Massachusetts says.
