A White cybersecurity specialist for Immigration and Customs Enforcement can only pursue some elements of a racial discrimination suit alleging the agency denied her a promotion in favor of a Black candidate, a federal court said.
Karen Sieger properly pleaded discrimination regarding her rejections from the acting unit chief and unit chief positions, but her remaining claims under Title VII claims were dismissed, the US District Court for the District of Columbia decided in a Tuesday opinion.
