Court Square Capital Management LP will appeal a Delaware Chancery Court decision finding it wrongly withheld carried interest payments from an ex-partner.
The private equity firm is appealing a final order to repay $5.3 million “plus prejudgment interest compounded quarterly” to Kevin Brown, according to a letter filed Friday in Chancery Court.
