Costco Gets Win on Proof in Manager’s Disability Bias Trial (1)

A former Costco Wholsesale Corp. manager in Minnesota failed to prove she was denied reasonable accommodations for her fibromyalgia, depression, and anxiety after she returned from medical leave, a federal judge decided.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota granted the company’s motion for judgment as a matter of law after Melinda Rose finished presenting evidence in her case under the Minnesota Human Rights Act, according to a docket entry Wednesday.
