The Corporation for Public Broadcasting must hold onto the nearly $36 million in funding its withholding from National Public Radio Inc. and not disburse it to any third parties, a district court said Thursday.
“The parties, however, are free to resolve the matter on their own, including by transferring any portion of those set aside funds to NPR or NPR Distribution as part of any resolution the parties may come to prior final judgment,” Judge
