The Corporation for Public Broadcasting and three former members of its board of directors couldn’t convince a federal district judge to reverse the directors’ firings while litigation over President Donald Trump’s decision proceeds.

The plaintiffs didn’t show that they’re likely to ultimately prevail on the merits of their claim or that they’d suffer “irreparable harm” absent a preliminary injunction, Judge Randolph D. Moss of the US District Court for the District of Columbia held Sunday.
