Cornell University and a gay female former assistant dean who alleged her sexual orientation caused her to be mistreated by her supervisor resolved her discrimination and harassment claims, federal court records show.
The parties stipulate and agree that the lawsuit should be dismissed with prejudice, with each side to bear their own litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, Amy Meckeler, the university, and codefendant Rachel Dunifon said in a Monday filing with the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
