Cooking Mama Maker Sues Distributor Over Unauthorized Game

The owner of the “Cooking Mama” video game franchise says a Minnesota-based distributor played a role in violating its intellectual property rights when it helped to market a version of the game that wasn’t yet ready for public release.

Office Create Corp. saw that the Nintendo Switch was doing well and decided to have Planet Entertainment develop “Cooking Mama: Cookstar” for the gaming console.
