Consumers Dismiss Data Breach Lawsuits Against Integris Health

Plaintiffs in eleven proposed class actions against Oklahoma-based Integris Health Inc. over a November data breach asked a federal court to dismiss their lawsuits.

Their filings came after Judge Timothy D. DeGiusti of the US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma ordered the parties Feb. 15 to show whether federal jurisdiction was proper in lawsuits in which the defendant and more than 90% of the proposed class members were citizens of the same state.

DeGiusti has ordered dismissal in two of the eleven cases to date.
