PharMerica Corp. must face a proposed class action alleging it failed to protect the personal information of more than 5.8 million people that was exposed in a 2023 data breach.
Jaketrius Lurry, Micaela Molina, Holly Williams, and 10 other plaintiffs alleged in the consolidated lawsuit that PharMerica failed to implement adequate data security measures, properly monitor its network, or provide timely and accurate notice of the breach to victims, in violation of state and federal laws.
