Conservative Radio Host Ends Suit Against Stanford, Meta, TikTok

Wayne Allyn Root, a conservative TV and radio host, voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit accusing a number of social media companies including Meta Platforms Inc. and TikTok Inc. of colluding with Stanford University to suppress his speech.

The voluntary dismissal notice docketed Tuesday said the dismissal is without prejudice, meaning Root has reserved the right to bring the suit again.
