Conservative Group Drops Suit Over Michigan Law Review Selection

A conservative group dropped its discrimination lawsuit against the University of Michigan and the association behind its law review, which alleged its selection process wrongly favors women, racial minorities, and LGBTQ+ people.

Faculty, Alumni, and Students Opposed to Racial Preferences dismissed its lawsuit without prejudice Friday and said each side will pay their own attorney fees and expenses.
