A Connecticut manufacturer of home insulation that allegedly caused a Texas couple’s health problems must face suit in Texas, the state’s top court said.
Applying a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, the Texas Supreme Court said Frank and Helene Luciano showed a close enough link between their injuries and SprayFoamPolymers.com LLC’s Texas contacts to allow them to sue in the state.
