Company Awarded Default Judgment in Dispute Over Covid Test Kits

Elevation Health LLC obtained a default judgment on its claims for breach of contract and breach of guaranty after the company alleged that 100,000 Covid-19 test kits that it paid for had not been delivered.

Elevation Health sued Brandon Wong for breach of contract and Jacob Burbas for an enforcement of guarantee and promissory estoppel. The company’s complaint also alleged civil conspiracy, conversion, unjust enrichment, fraud, and promissory estoppel against all of the defendants in the action.
