Commure Inc. alleges in a new trademark infringement suit that Canopy Works failed to perform the terms of an agreement over hospital staff safety solution Strongline.
The complaint, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, says that production of Strongline was “outsourced” to Canopy but that it allegedly declined to fully address security vulnerabilities with the mobile alert system that Commure says it found in 2023.
