Columbia University is finalizing a settlement with students who sought fee refunds after Covid-19 forced the halt to accessing some on-campus facilities and activities, filings in a New York federal court show.
In February, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York allowed some claims in the would-be class suit to advance.
