ColourPop Eye Makeup Consumer Claims Barred by Federal Law

ColourPop Cosmetics LLC shook off, for now, a proposed class suit alleging its eye makeup contains dangerous color additives.

Kacey Wilson sued in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging ColourPop violated California consumer protection laws by selling cosmetics with color ingredients that aren’t approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use around the eye area.
