Colorado Radio Host Sues Cumulus Media for Bias, Retaliation

A former on-air personality for a Cumulus Media Inc. subsidiary radio station in Colorado Springs is suing the company and its station director, alleging that during her nearly 20-year tenure at the station, she was subjected to severe and pervasive sexual harassment and discrimination that ultimately led to her constructive discharge.
