The Trump administration has two weeks to return from Honduras a Babson College freshman who it admitted to have mistakenly deported in violation of a court order, a Boston federal judge said Friday.
In an order, Judge Richard G. Stearns said the Trump administration forced him to act when it “regrettably” refused his preferred resolution of having the State Department issue 19-year-old Any Lucia Lopez Belloza a student visa to return to the country and finish her college studies.
