Coca-Cola Wins Dismissal in PFAS Simply Tropical Juice Suit

A complaint alleging that the “Simply® Tropical juice drink” sold by Coca-Cola Company has “forever chemicals” was dismissed after a federal judge said the plaintiff lacked standing to sue.

Joseph Lurenz alleged in the proposed class action that the product advertised as all-natural contains multiple substances recognized as among the many described as PFAS, synthetic chemicals that can have adverse health effects in humans.
