Florida’s top cop is sending information demands to Unilever, Nestle, and a host of other brands in an effort to bolster a broader antitrust campaign against environmental groups’ impacts on corporate governance.
The requests Attorney General James Uthmeier’s (R) office sent Tuesday to Unilever, the US Plastics Pact, Coca-Cola, Target, Nestle, Mondelez International Holdings LLC, the Consumer Goods Forum, and the Green Blue Institute seek communications with environmental groups who have collaborated on industry environmental practices.
