CNN America, Ex-Employee Agree to End Her Pregnancy Bias Suit

CNN America Inc. and a former graphic designer who sued the network over pregnancy discrimination and retaliation claims have settled the lawsuit under confidential terms.

Raquel Keiper and CNN filed a joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice on Thursday with the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, leading to a formal dismissal of the case on Friday, according to a case docket notice. The parties confirmed on March 14 that a confidential settlement had been finalized and signed by both parties in an unopposed motion to stay the proceedings.
