Cloudflare can’t shake a lawsuit from people tasked with recovering money for Celsius Network debtors, after a federal bankruptcy judge denied the internet company’s motion to dismiss.
The debtors said Cloudflare failed to timely resolve a vulnerability that led to a cyberattack on BadgerDAO’s systems starting in November 2021 that cost the distressed cryptocurrency lender Celsius more than $50 million in assets, according to the unpublished order from the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
