A former human resources partner with Genesys Cloud Services Inc. is suing the cloud software company alleging discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Carrie Plowman, a former employee of Genesys—doing business as Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories Inc.— claims she was discriminated against due to her disability of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, according to her complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
