Cleveland Gave Owners Enough Demolition Notice, Sixth Cir. Says

The City of Cleveland was properly granted summary judgment in a dispute with property owners who said the city unlawfully demolished their buildings after the owners’ motion for discovery was denied, the Sixth Circuit said.

First Floor Living LLC and Lush Designs LLC brought federal constitutional and state law claims against the city and affiliated demolition and land development entities following the demolition of their buildings in 2021.
