Citrix Systems Inc. failed to provide sales representatives with proper hourly and overtime wages in violation of state and federal law, a new suit says.
The cloud computing and software company didn’t pay workers their promised hourly rates, bonuses, and overtime or compensate them for work performed during unpaid lunch breaks, according to the complaint a former sales representative filed in the US District court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
