Citrix Blocked From Talking to Workers About Wage Settlement

Citrix Systems Inc. must refrain from talking to sales representative class members about a $5.9 million deal ending a wage suit per the terms of the settlement agreement, a federal court said in an order made public on Monday.

Workers contacted class counsel with retaliation concerns after the cloud computing and software company gave sales managers discussion points about the deal. The settlement includes a “plain prohibition on any communication with class members,” so Citrix can’t talk to class members about the case, the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina said.
