The Cincinnati Archdiocese and its Moeller High School are free of a former administrative assistant’s claims she was sexually harassed and assaulted by the school’s former athletic director..

The plaintiff, suing as Jane Doe, had also said the archdiocese and the high school effectively forced her out of her job after she reported the incidents.

Doe “unreasonably failed to take advantage” of the “corrective opportunities” Moeller and the archdiocese provided after she reported the alleged assaults to school administrators, said Judge Matthew W.
