Chubby Snacks Inc., a company that claims to make healthy crust-less sandwiches, deceptively advertises how much sugar is in the sandwiches, a proposed consumer class action alleged.
Though the company recently distanced itself from its original goal of making less sugary products and “can certainly formulate the Products as they choose, they cannot do so in a false and deceptive manner,” according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
