Christian Dior Escapes Class Suits Over Salesforce Data Breach

Plaintiffs dropped five proposed class actions alleging luxury fashion maker Christian Dior Inc. failed to protect their personal information in a “hub and spoke” data breach that affected its vendor Salesforce Inc.

The company notified the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Monday that all actions against Christian Dior subject to a pending motion for transfer and centralization before the panel have been dismissed in their entirety. The plaintiffs each filed a notice of dismissal of their individual actions the same day in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
