Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. sent marketing text messages to consumers without their consent in violation of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, a proposed federal class action said.
Sandra Diaz alleged she received at least one unsolicited text message from Chipotle on her cell phone, and that the eatery or its agent used an automated system to dial her number.
