The Chartwell Law Offices LLP is facing a lawsuit from a Black female former firm lawyer who alleges the firm discriminated against her because of her race and disability.
Candace Rodgers says she also suffered a hostile work environment and was ultimately forced out through “a campaign of retaliation” after she raised concerns about her alleged discriminatory treatment, according to her suit filed Sept. 26 with the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
